Kiwicon tickets (and awesome merchandise) will be on sale from the 11th Oct, here. Unlike previous years, you will have to buy your ticket in advance online. There will only be cash door sales if we don't sell out, which we have done in both 2008 and 2009. Selling tickets in advance seemed like the only way to fairly cope with a full venue - last year we had to turn people away based on registration numbers, without any assurance that the people who had registered were going to show up. So, this year we are experimenting with selling them online - you'd think as a bunch of security consultants, we'd be able to build a secure webstore...

Payment processing is via PayPal, so you can use any credit card they accept, or other PayPal funds. If you're really stuck with no way to pay, then let us know, and we'll see what other options we have. For example, if you're proximate to the Auckland or Wellington CBD, we could probably arrange someone to take your cash in advance. Pop by #kiwicon on our IRC server and see.
